Handmade stoneware ceramic items, both artist originals and made-to-order. Drinkware & foodware is microwave/dishwasher safe!

Custom Commission Terms of Service:

1.) Although my work is suited for all audiences, I cannot accept orders from minors. You must be 18 years or older to place a custom commission.

2.) All custom orders with a deadline must be paid up front before I will start on them.

3.) Custom orders with no deadline may be paid 50% up front and 50% upon completion. Orders will not be shipped until fully paid. Completed orders not paid within 30 days can be resold at my discretion and downpayment is forfeit to me.

4.) I will provide an estimated time window for completion of the piece, but actual completion time may differ (not to exceed 1 month beyond window).

5.) I will get as close as I can to the reference material provided but any differences will fall under artistic liberty, and color shades may differ based on the glazes I have available.

6.) No edits will be made on a piece in progress but a rough preliminary sketch may be presented for approval at time of order (at my discretion or by request for more expensive orders; it is not automatically included). A photo will be sent after the sculpt stage, and another before shipping.

7.) Once in-progress there will be no refunds, except on a case-by-case basis as determined by myself.

8.) By paying for your order, you are agreeing to these Terms of Service.
