Stickers and prints from my shop can be returned for a partial refund or exchange if they are new and unused; however, you will need to pay shipping on the new item for exchanges. Refunds (for returned items) and exchanges are processed once the item has returned to me in good condition. Items that receive major damage (eg. tears, substantial water damage) in transit are eligible for a replacement or refund with no return necessary. I may require photos before processing a refund. Please message me within two weeks of receiving your order to request a refund, replacement, or exchange. Requests made after this point may be declined.
